installed contact form 7 plugin in wordpress site but after few days(5-6 days) o

What other plugins and theme do you use?

i am using this theme : https://www.ads-software.com/themes/health-center-lite/
and plugin ( Contact Form 7,HG Slider, SP FAQ, SP News and three widgets(static, scrolling and scrolling with thumbs), Testimonials Widget and Breadcrumb NavXT).

It’s working fine at our testing server.

First try deactivating sp-faq and sp-news-and-widget and see for a while because it’s at least breaking the HTML structure on the site.

I’m having the same issue with Contact form 7 – works on all my other websites.. just this one particular website goes “White Screen of Death” on me when I activate Contact form 7. ??

If possible include a link to your CF7 form and all your input in both the Form section and Mail section of the CF7 interface.
