    in [website]/wp-content/plugins/mage-reviews/core/mage-cast.php
    replace
    $string = preg_replace('/[^A-Za-z0-9_-\s]/', '', $string);

    with
    $string = preg_replace('/^([-\w\s])+$/i', '', $string);
