Installed NextGen – Exception thrown “ not defined for ExtensibleObject

I installed NextGEN Gallery through the WordPress admin panel and now am getting: “Exception thrown
not defined for ExtensibleObject”when I attempt to go to my site. I can’t get into my admin panel. Apologies, I don’t know what version I am on, and since I can’t get into the admin panel, am not sure how to check and have no clue what to do to fix it. Thanks for any help!
