Installed, now trying to access admin

  • Hi
    Am a complete beginner with wordpress… through my web host I have installed WordPress as my database – went to cilck on https://souls.co.nz/wp-admin/
    and the link isn’t working. Not sure what I’ve done to stuff it up in the installation as I simply installed it using Softaculous..
    Any idea what I’ve done wrong? Sorry if this is rather vague but not sure exactly what information is relevant to this problem

    Is there a typo in your URL? souls.co.nz does not resolve in DNS for me.

    Hi souls101,

    IS your domain new? It’s not resolving as Jan said. If it’s a new domain it may take 24 to 48 hours to propagate. Also, be sure the domain is pointed to your hosting account correctly. I hope this helps!
