Installed on pc but cannot see on mobile

I was able to successfully install the widget in the 2nd footer of the page and it is viewable and operational when viewing on a pc. I checked it on my cell a samsung Galaxy S6 and there was no widget showing. It is NOT visable on ipad/iphone products either. Does it only work on a pc? Please direct. Thank you.
