installed plug in now cannot access login or site

hi I installed SEO permalink redirection plugin last night redirected all my old posts from blogger ,did not change my main webpage addy. last night now I cannot access my login page or my webpage, I already cleared my cache, and tried adding php to the end and that did not help…. I cant even get into wordpress to fix anything. I get an error message err connection timed out. I think there is a problem because of all the 301 redirects?
