    Hello @jacobjmorris

    Maybe there is a critical JavaScript error that blocks the plugin functionality. Please verify your site for errors. Open the browser developer tools (press F12 in the Chrome or Firefox) and go to the Console tab. Reload the page. You’ll see errors and warnings in Console. Critical errors are coloured in red. Fix all critical JavaScript errors.
