Installed Plugin But No Different

for the privacy bar to show up you need to navigate to the plugin settings and fill out a couple of things.

First, you need the privacy bar text. That is the text that appears on the bar. I added a default one for you but the link in there needs manual tweaking.

Second, you need to have at least one cookie category created. You need to navigate to settings > Cookies, create a category and start adding information there. After you put at least one and save, the privacy bar will show up.
