installed plugin now can’t open pages – get “sorry you can’t access….”

    I installed Meta Slider plugin. After, I am not able to access pages. I get “Sorry you are not allowed to access…”

    I deleted the plugin. I switched to a default theme. I reinstalled a backup – twice. Still getting same error, which means, I am unable to edit this site.

    Any thoughts? Ideas? Where is the glitch and how do I fix it?
