Installed plugin per instructions, but nothing loads

Hi, Unfortunately I can’t link to the page because it’s secure. I followed the instructions. I put the shortcode in, then added the same class from the shortcode to a div but nothing pops up. Does it require an actual link? I had assumed I could use anything as the trigger.
