Check your PHP logs and tell me what you see – that is the first reaction you should have whenever your website completely breaks. Should be easy to find the problem and will fix it immediately.

Also, is it your first install? Or did you just update it? Do you use multisite or do you have a standard install of WP?

Can you please try to give me more information as soon as you can? I would like to take care of this matter before it impacts more people if it is related to the plugin.

    Hi, Jordy

Same here. I just updated my plugin and almost all images are blank. Then disabling plugin is fixing the issue here. Just FYI

I am going start to bulk generate now.

Enkhbayar, can you check your PHP logs? Seems like nobody wants to tell me what the error is ??

by the way. Image looks broken only on IE8 but other latest browsers such as safari, mozilla, chrome are fine.

Bulke generate didn’t help. Disabling plugin is fixing the issue in my end. My site is IE8 friendly

    Okay sure give a sec

The fact it’s broken on IE8 only depends on the PictureFill script itself. It is a separate issue, but still weird (it is supposed to work).

Bulk wouldn’t help for this problem. If your images were there before, they are still here.

Did you check your PHP logs? This is the most important thing at this point. Also, the Retina logger could be useful. It is really easy to debug, just requires a few checks. If you aren’t a developer at all, contact me at [email protected], with admin access I can definitely find what the problem is.

Just sent an e-mail to you.

Enkhbayar, I am logged on your admin but I don’t see anything terribly wrong. Nothing is crashing, the plugin is checking if retina files exists and all normally. For most of your pages it seems you are using full-size (your theme probably) so of course you would need to upload a full-size retina by yourself if you want to go this way.

But I don’t see any bug on the plugin side. All is ok.

To make sure, I created a page, added one of your photo in a small size here:
    https://gege.mn/?p=2687&preview=true

It’s showing the retina has it should do. It works normally ??

The fact it’s broken on IE8 only depends on the PictureFill script itself.

Okay so i was talking about only this.

as i said, it was working on all browsers including IE8 after update it stopped working.

Is there any way to download previous version of the plugin?
Just like how it was yesterday before like 24hours ago?

    Any chance?

You can download any version of the plugin here:

However, I doubt it will help: I didn’t update the version of PictureFill…
