Installed Plugins not showing on admin dashboard

    Hi. I uploaded audioIgniter plugin on my mfarecords.com. The problem is, it’s not showing up on my dashboard and therefore not working. I have contacted the plugin developers and I was informed that the plugin is right on their part. Can you tell me why it’s not showing up on my wordpress dashboard?

  • Did you upload it manually? If so, what is the path to the plugin? It should be in wp content-> plugins folder, and make sure to set correct permissions, 755 should be ok!

    It wasn’t manually. I search for it on WordPress plugins and it doesn’t show up
