Installed Shortcode Ultimate but no “insert shortcode” button

I created wordpress application on plesk/digital ocean, logged in as admin and installed Shortcode Ultimate and activated
but when I select Pages and edit e.g About there is no “add media” button or “insert shortcode” button as shown in Sctreenshots example?

Hi @tickmatrix,
if you’re using the Block Editor (default page editor since WordPress 5.0), make sure you’ve enabled the Top toolbar option in it:
