Installed theme -> cannot import media anymore

  • Hi everyone,

    I am wondering why my media center doesn’t work anymore. I can’t see the drag and drop square.

    Maybe it is because I installed the theme “sixteen”. Appearently it can cause the host to call a “safe mode” on your wp-content folder, which leads to an impossibility to write. (I’m hosted by olympe-network). That’s what I read on the french community forum.

    Since my webblog is new, 3 solutions can be chosen:
    -uninstall/ reinstall wordpress on a new database.
    – wait and try to change the script on my wp-content folder (index.php) and take the risk to screw everything up.
    – scroll the forums and choose any crazy advice I read.
