Installed, will not play, normally works fine

  • I can’t seem to get it to work either. I’m getting the following error when I click the play button: play_mp3 is not defined.

    Hi, can both of you deactivate all of your other plugins. Then carry out a test? Report back.

    Can you share the shortcode you are currently using?

    None of my plugins seem to be the issue. I’m using the following shortcode: [sc_embed_player fileurl="PATH_TO_MP3"]

    Okay then that might be a problem because we can’t check your URL? Have you deactivated all your other plugins except this one? Did you test a different theme?

    Is it a problem with the javascript? Do you know what might cause me to see this error play_mp3 is not defined?
