Installed with ipage or maybe not

Hi

My webhost is ipage and used their uploader.

When i look at my address obzolete.net it says that wordpress is not installed, any idea what i need to do ?

Also can i change the admin log in to something else ? When i go to the control panel for wordpress it wont let me.
