Installed wrong WordPress

  • Hey guys,

    Installed WP 4.7 from WordPress.com onto my Web Host. A few months have passed and now I can’t install new plugins. I need to install www.ads-software.com files.

    Can I just overwrite the current WordPress.com files with the www.ads-software.com files?

    I tried Exporting and Importing my data on a fresh install but had no luck using this method
