Installer Failed

    Hello, I’m trying to move a site from local to a server. I know PHP Is already installed and functioning on the server, as it is also the host of another website that uses PHP.

    Here are the errors I’m receiving.

    Root DirectoryFail
    Path: …. myPath\wwwroot\
    [Fail] Is Writable by PHP
    [Fail] Contains only one zip file
    Result = No package file found
    Note: Manual extraction still requires the archive.zip file

    i have the installer.php file and the zip archive file in that wwwroot folder and that is all.

    So when i go to https://www.mysite.com\installer.php i get that error above.

    The server is running Windows 2008 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Its probably a permissions issue. PHP is unable to read the archive file… The FAQ has some tips on working with permissions…
