installer.php brings up blank page

Hello,

Thank you for this amazing plugin. I used it several times previously without a single issue and it works great and neat.

I recently switched to a VPS and now when I am trying to run installer.php , it brings up a blank page. Tried to use error_log and even created a php error log through php.ini and still it shows nothing.

Path to installer is https://z4root.download/installer.php
