(1)I logged into my CPanel and created a database in MySQL Databases and assigned user to it
    (2) Created a subdomain for my new site called FITNESS under my main domain [ link removed ]
    (3) Uploaded the Zip package and Installer file into the subdomain folder called fitness
    (4) After the files have loaded successfully into the fitness folder in my Public Html, I browsed to ministryoffreedom.media/fitness/installer.php and NOTHING HAPPENED
NOTE: I even disabled my Kaspersky antivirus but still the wizard will not show up. The whole screen becomes white and that’s all. I tried on chrome, IE, Firefox browser and I still get a plain white screen. No wizard appears or runs for me to continue so am stuck.
    Please help

  • Hey @myjobswill

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

    – How to fix the installer file showing blank/white, 403/404/500 error?
    https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/?1637116700572#faq-installer-013-q

See the section on Blank/White 500. I would also recommend not posting your full URL in the post above, you should be able to edit the answer or have one of the moderators help you remove it.

If you would like to submit a support ticket for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this forum thread when submitting the ticket.

    Hope this helps~

Installer link removed. It’s not good to expose that to the world that way.

Edit: Mind you, it was out there for 5 hours so the damage may already be done.

Cory and Jan, I must admit that I am quite a novice, but thanks for the edit and response from both of you.
I will work on the response from Cory and see if it works out, then I will update
    Thanks
