installer.php won’t download

Hi there,

On WP 4.9.9 and Duplicator version is 1.2.52 and when I create a package I can’t get the installer.php to download. It fails every time.

1.2.42 was working fine on the same website just the other week.

I’ve tried changing the htaccess setting as suggested in the help documentation but with no luck.

When I connect via FTP and browse to the folder the files are there (they all have the long filenames) so I’ve tried downloading and then renaming the installer to just installer.php and uploading to the desired site but when I visit the URL it’s just blank.

Any suggestions appreciated!
