Installer stuck on “Step 3 of 4: Update Data”

    hi

    my installer gets stuck on step 3. i can not do anything on this page and there is no next button. log doesn’t mention anything except that step 2 (installing db) was apparantly successful.

    php is 5.6.31 and mysql is 5.6.

    any clues?
