Installing a widget (plug in)

  • Is there a way to tell which files a plugin modifies?

    I’d like to uninstall some because it’s making my site not work at all. And I’m willing to do it manually since I’m not getting an answers in the other section.

  • Typically a plugin either puts a file(s) in the wp-content/plugins folder or the wp-content/plugins/pluginnamefolder

    But if any other files were uploaded and or modified you may need to review the plugin installation instructions to find that.
