Installing and Enabling Woocommerce resets theme customizer settings

Does this issue persist when the WooCommerce plugin is not active?

Also, to take a closer view at your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

if i deactivate WooCommerce, my settings on WordPress Customizer won’t go back, it’s lost completely and can’t get it back
the problem is still there after latest update from 5.2.2 to 5.3.0

there was nothing there in drop down menu, except test-log.log which was empty

for more clarification if i wasn’t clear (English is not my first language): the problem i described at the beginning only happens when i choose shop logo in WooCommerce and not on it’s own nor by enabling or disabling of the add-on.

If possible, try finding the PHP error logs on the server as explained in this documentation. You could ask your host for assistance with finding the logs then share them with us.
