Installing and Update Plugins – FTPS using Port 21?

  • Been having some problems trying to install and update some Plugins on a new clients install. https://cellarstak.com.au

    They tell me I need to be using FTPS, and the info they provided works fine when I use my standard FTP program.

    However WordPress is telling me it can’t connect to FTP Server dev.cellarstak.com.au:21

    Now, shouldn’t it be using Port 22 for a FTPS connection??

    Tried all sorts of combinations – as I said the details work fine in my FTP program.

    Help appreciated.
