Installing CusRev causing issues with Recaptcha V3 on Elementor Forms

    HI,

    I’ve installed CusRev reviews plugin, but it has caused issues with Recaptcha V3 that I use on 2 other pages (‘contact us’) which use Elementor ‘forms’ widget and use Recaptcha V3.

    Recaptcha is not visible on these pages anymore, but it looks like it is ‘invisible’ as the space where it should be is clearly there if I toggle Recaptcha to ‘inline, left or right’.

    As a result I can send contact us forms and it does not require Recaptcha to authenticate the user.

    Recaptcha reappears when I deactivate CusRev plugin.

    Any solutions to this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    The reCaptcha V3 feature of our plugin is only loaded on the single product page so it won’t affect that feature on other pages.
    Can you please share your page URL and some screenshots of the issue?

    Hi, sorry for the delay (have been away). Not sure if it was in relation to my query… but I’ve just updated the plugin (saw there was an update to do this morning)… and it’s fixed the issue of Recaptcha not being visible on my contact forms!!!

    So, no matter… thanks for sorting and I look forward to getting reviews set up properly and using.
