Hi @redswirl,
This might be because of Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics has just moved to Google Analytics 4 and with that, it has removed the by default backward compatibility of UA code for new users.
If your Google Analytics code starts with G-****** then you are using Google Analytics 4.
We have written a detailed guide on how to turn on the Google Analytics UA code compatibility to use it with Analytify.
Please check our guide here: https://analytify.io/doc/how-to-integrate-analytify-with-google-analytics-4-ga4/
Note: You cannot downgrade a GA 4. You would have to create a new account with UA compatibility.
Until the update of Analytify, you have to enable the UA compatibility option in Google Analytics. Our team is working on GA4 compatibility of Analytify and soon we will release Analytify’s new version with Google Analytics GA4 Tracking code compatibility.
