installing Jetpack resulted in error message, unable to load site.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Wickett_Twitter_Widget in /home/content/93/7943893/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/widgets/twitter-widget.php on line 268

    This is the error message I get when I log on now. I had an update notice from Jetpack, and tried to install it. This is what happened. How do I get out of this?
