installing new theme

    Hi, from the themes section, add new, I get this error:
    There was an unexpected error. There is something wrong with www.ads-software.com or the configuration of this server. If you continue to have problems, ask for help on the support forum.
    How can I fix?

    As far as I am aware, there are no issues at www.ads-software.com, so the problem must be at your hosts’ end. Try contacting your hosts and asking them to investigate why your site is unable to contact wordpress.oprg.

    Hi @actiwork,

    Have you tried disabling all plugins then trying to add another theme? Was there any additional information in the error?
