Installing new theme

  • I have just started building my site and the 1st thing I’m trying to do is to change the theme to Hybred. I’ve tried doing this several times, and each time I get the message

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_post_type_support() in /home/northni1/public_html/wp-content/themes/hybrid/library/functions/template.php on line 34

    then I have to remove WordPress and reinstall it. I’m obviously getting something fairly fundemental wrong, can anybody tell me what it is (please). Sue

    Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
