Installing plugin made my whole Contact Form not working

    So, I installed the plugin wanting to create some conditional forms, and it simply made my whole contact form not working. I can’t add fields via mouse-click anymore. When I want to do it, nothing happens. Where can be the problem?

    When I desactivate this plugin, it works just fine.

    Same problem on several totally different WP installations.

    Did this happen after some kind of update? The plugin still works fine on all my installations, with all plugins and WordPress fully updated to the latest versions.

    The problem is probably related to some kind of javascript error. My first guess would be that the plugin files got corrupted somehow, but without any additional info, or some kind of error message I don’t really have a clue where to start looking for a solution.

    I installed the plugin for the first time yesterday. The problem is …there is no error message. This is what happened after I installed the plugin

    I performed fresh install of WP on sub-domain and
    1).buttons became clickable there
    2).sub-menu tabs are no longer one after another.

    Though I can click on the short code buttons, I can not get the form work on the fresh installed WP:

    Hi Mikhail,

    Looks like you created the form just fine, but I believe you forgot to add the actual conditions. To do this please click the Conditional Fields tab

    @rkuzicki: there should be some kind of javascript error. Please open your developer tools (press F12) and check the console. If it’s empty, refresh the page and see if there are any errors or warnings appearing in the console window now

    @jules-colle the console’s fine, no JavaScript errors

    oh sorry, that’s one but I don’t think it is connected in any way

    Nope, but a JavaScript error will break all JavaScript code that follows. So solving this error (although unrelated) will probably fix your problem.

    Try switching themes or disable any plugins that might be calling the google maps API to determine the source of the problem first.
