INSTALLING SSL CERTIFICATES

  • Hello:

    I am the owner of ReadyBe a company developing a new mHealth app. Our website at the link above needs to have SSL certificates which I purchased. But, we can’t seem to install them because domain.com doesn’t know who the server is! We hosted it here so why is this problem cropping up and how do we fix it please?

  • According to https://hostingchecker.com/, the hosting is on an Amazon cloud server. Whether this is directly Amazon or a sub that uses these servers cannot be determined from this.

    If you have booked the hosting, you should receive invoices for it. These should provide information about the hoster.

    By the way, only the hoster can help you with this. WordPress as well as the forum here can’t help with the project.
