Installing Technorati Newbie Question

  • Hi,

    I’d appreciate it if someone could offer me some assistance. I just signed up with Technorati and “claimed” my website, which I have WP installed on. After completing the Technorati’s configuration page, it tells me to copy and paste some code into my blog’s template. But it doesn’t tell me where to copy it. That’s my question. Where am I supposed to paste this code?

  • Maybe the most appropriate place for the Technorati tags is the sidebar. You need to go to your themes folder (wp-content/themes/xxxxx) and paste the Technorati code in the sidebar.php file.
