Installing Themes

  • Please forgive me for this but I am completely new to WordPress. I have tried to search for keywords or selected different options in the dialogue box but get “An unknown error occured” reply. Can anyone suggest whats going on?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
