Installing WordPress issues

You need a web server running PHP and a MySQL server to run WordPress. so unless you want to set up your own local server. You will need a domain and some hosting space with a company that offers both.

You mean something like https://www.one.com ?

Although we cannot endorse them, there are some hosts listed here. Also searching the forums using the keywords “host” or “hosting” may provide you with some suggestions.
