Installing WordPress themes

  • Hi, guys! I apologize in advance for my lack of tech understanding. Let me try to give this a go…

    I have a WordPress account– I believe it is a free account, but I can upgrade if need be. I’d like to buy a theme from ThemeForest for this website, but I’m not sure how I would go about uploading it.

    In the past I’ve paid a contractor to install my themes (on free accounts). Is this even necessary? And if so, can you please recommend someone who would do it for a flat rate?
