Installing WP on a badly made site for redesigning

Hello Everyone

i a newbie and i really appreciate your support.
i have just began learning Divi and i have redesign this badly and poorly made site into a new and beautiful site(without taking it down until the new site is finished) .

this site is currently not using WP and it does not have Cpanel either.
i really don’t know how to install WP to this site so that i can start redesigning it.

i was wondering if someone can teach me how to install WP to this site without deleting it?
