install.php file does not load

    The error I have is to not load the install.php file, the configuration of wp-config.php is correct, and I had no problems uploading files via ftp, my site is hosted on internetworks.

    php 5.2.6
    Mysql On
    IIS

    Which believe it is my mistake?
