install.php problems

    I’ve uploaded everything that came in the zip. This is where my site is pointed to in my directory:

    c:/inetpub/dynastysuitescorona/index.html

    Unzipped wordpress which created a wordpress folder with files and subdirectories. I changed the name of the folder to blog to see if that may be the problem and moved the folder to this directory.

    c:/inetpub/dynastysuitescorona/blog

    I entered the install link as instructed to:

    https://www.dynastysuitescorona.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php

    And I get the same message. I hope this makes sense because all the files that I had are in this directory. Is the directory wrong?

    Still getting the “HTTP Error 404 – File or Directory not found” The file is there but why can’t it see it. The file is located on \\dynastysuitecorona\blog\wp-admin\install.php. I’m typing the address exactly as it says. Please any assistance. I’ve been toying around with this thing every day for the past week.
