install.php returning 404 error page

Hi everyone,

I’m in the process of installing wordpress so that I can re-build my site that’s currently online through weebly (hosting by smartyhost.com.au).

I’ve uploaded all the files to my hosted server using FTP, set up a Db, updated the wp-config.php file etc but when I go to https://yexecutive.com/wp-admin/install.php I get a 404 error not found page.

Any idea’s?
