    I have problem with Instant Article ads delivery. Below is the Audience Network Team response. Any idea what is wrong?

    Thanks for getting in touch. Humm that’s not a terribly informative response from them. Could you send me a link to your Instant Articles RSS feed please and I’ll take a look. Also, if you go to the Facebook app you’re using for the ad placements are there any notifications on it?

    Ok that all looks good. I’ve had a look at a few of your Instant Articles on your page and I can see plenty of ads running in there (https://prnt.sc/ilhlhc https://prnt.sc/ilhlor). I can’t actually see any issue with them in your latest articles?

    Hi,

    That I’m not too sure about. I’ve just checked again and I’m definitely seeing ads, are you using the new Monetization Manager Dashboard? If you go to the Placement you’re using, what does it say? Also, if you scroll to the very bottom there should be contact details for the Audience Network team in change of your account, it might be worth just pinging them an email and seeing what they say about it.

    Hi,

    Yeah you definitely have auto ad placement enabled (https://prnt.sc/iq1b27) and ads are definitely showing in your articles. Do you have more than one ad Placement? Is it defiantly the correct placement ID you’re looking at int he reporting dash (1972167726439726_1972167753106390)?

    If so then it’s probably a problem with their dashboard (this has a happened a few times before, they actually lost stats for several days last year). I’d recommended contacting them again and sending them a screenshot of the ads running in your articles and explain that the ads are definitely showing and that it seems to be an issue with the reporting dashboard and asking them to check again.
