Instant crash on install…

  • As written before, instant crash on install. Site down, not able to login, the only option is to delete the plugin via FTP. That was the only way to solve this.

    Never seen such a disastrous plugin to be honest.

    So sorry that you had some issues. Please submit a support ticket on our site as we would love to track this down for you.

    We’ve have never had anything like this reported to us in our support system to investigate. We’ve personally installed Ninja Forms on hundreds of sites and never seen anything like this happen. Also, the plugin is downloaded thousands of times every day. If this was an issue with the plugin I’m confident we would have had this reported so much more.
