Instant Quote at the Front End Instead of Checkout

Greetings, Sofyan. Is there a way to “front-load” the quotation so that instead of the computation being on the tail end of an order upon checkout, it is instead made in the beginning where the user is asked the “from” and “to” (destination) at the beginning of the form, after which the delivery total is computed?

I ask this because my application is for a delivery/courier service where the addresses from and to are filled out by the user and an instant quote is computed and displayed.
