    Hello. We using the recipe “Instant Review Request for smaller stores with personal approach” for orders completed. However, the placeholder {{ order.products_ordered }} does not work. The email is sent to the customers but the version we received does not include what product(s) was ordered. The email looks like this:

    Hello

    In that case, please send us a screenshot of your automation configuration. It should include all information: what event you use, if you have any filters set up and most important, the whole action settings.

    I need screenshot email template also.

    Let me know if you need anything else. I didn’t change anything to the recipe beside adding in spacing in the email message portion.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your patience. You are using a placeholder {{order.products_ordered_links}} in your automation. It will work if you have the ShopMagic Review Requests add-on installed in your shop. If not, the automation won’t work. Do you have this add-on installed in your shop?

    Hi. Sorry for the delayed reply. I only have ShopMagic for WooCommerce. But when I searched for ShopMagic Review Requests, it does not come up as an option to install. Do you know if they have changed the name? I only see these options by ShopMagic:
