Instant white screen on both front and back end

  • The instant I started a scan, I got a white screen on both front and back end. I had to delete the plug in folder.

    1. Did you perform a manual scan or an automatic one?

    2. Any text errors shown on white screen?

    3. What WordPress version, theme, and PHP version do you currently have with your site?
