Instant WordPress Won't Uninstall!

I’m trying to uninstall Instant WordPress (having some trouble with the software and want it gone) but it’s not listed anywhere on my Windows uninstall screen! I can see it when I navigate through “my computer” then (C:). I’ve tried a system restore to the day before I downloaded the software and IT’S STILL THERE. I’v even tried REVO Uninstaller but it doesn’t list it either. I’ve tried contacting the developer but haven’t heard back. I’ve gone through the developers notes looking for help but learned nothing.
What are some other ways to manually get rid of the software? I’ve heard that you can go through the regedit but that makes me nervous as I’m not very familiar with it.
Can I just delete the program folders and then maybe run something like CCleaner? Would that do the trick?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
