    Hi, I am getting “??” where line breaks in description field should be. Please view this link for a screenshot. https://prntscr.com/jtaysb

    these seem to be breaking the lines for the exported products.

    Should I adjust settings somewhere?

  • Hi @justbruno, thanks for raising this, that looks like a non-UTF 8 character has been returned as (upside down) ??.

    Can you confirm what your language is set to (if different to English) and whether you have changed the default file encoding option from WooCommerce > Store Export > Settings > Encoding?
