Instead of 404 redirect to a not logical page

I have no idea what is going on in here but this is in logs:

Well and if I go to /Game/gwent-the-witcher-card/detail which is a non existant page on our site now, I will get to absolutely totally different existing page. And this is happening for majority of links which goes to a non-existent page. Instead of showing real 404, people get to something made out of blue sky.

I am not 100% sure that it is becuase of your plugin, we used in the past for the initial set-up also Permalinks redirect plugin and Yoast SEO. But, no matter what I do, it is still there and disabling your plugin does not work.

In the database there is practically just one entry with this URL

ID, URL, status, type, final_dest, code, disabled, timestamp.
53482 /game/gwent-the-witcher-card/detail 3 0 0 301 0 1569671469

Just go here https://www.keengamer.com/Game/gwent-the-witcher-card/detail and you’ll see that you get to somewhere totally else. However, I cannot find this redirect in the table in your plugin, just in the database.
