• Here’s a fact. I’ve owned this software for 3 years and it’s decent software but in that time the software has QUIT FUNCTIIONING several times. So you have to pay attention that it works all the time, and here’s the thing, they intentionally make it stop function. If they see any change on your server, they shut down your plug in because they are greedy and want to overenforce you sharing it. They will try to divert attention from this review by saying I swore. I did, because this is the 4th time reaching out about this over the years and yet they still greedily shut down customer account just to be sure they aren’t stolen from. Who care about legitimate customers right. I have over 30 other plugins I don’t have this problem with anyone else.

    Oh I should mention they threated to “expose me” if I left a bad review. Like that makes their behavior okay but I somehow can get ripped off because I said the F word.

    We have so many users and and not one use such bad and abusive words for the support system which they are always ready for the help anytime they can,

    Let me tell what the actual scenario was, and we have proof step wise which we can attach if needed

    The client came on live chat and our support member only just asked for query and he started giving abusive words, not only this when member said not to say this and share issue so that we can help you but he never stopped and keep on giving abusive words,

    We are all on online work and never use such bad words for anyone,

    We have proof and chat transcript for same you did with our support,

    This does not seems to be cooperative or acceptable in any means
