'&' instead of '&' is breaking the admin scripts

    Hi. I have a strange problem with my WordPress.

    Suddenly (without installing a plugin or something like that) the WP-Admin scripts stopped working, the only think we did was to change the server where the site was hosted.

    Well i realized that the problem was that jQuery was not loading, so i checked the URL for the scripts and found ‘load-scripts.php’, the file that loads all the scripts for the admin dashboard.

    The URL of the file is this: https://www.leveleando.com/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=0&load=jquery,utils&ver=3.4.2 but as you see there are html entities ‘&’ instead of ‘&’, causing the scripts not to load.

    This is also happening with load-styles.php so what could be causing this?
